Terms and Conditions
Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of studio cossie – Owner: Sarolta Csoka, Dorf 44/4, AT-5205 Schleedorf (Salzburg) – by consumers or entrepreneurs.
Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not accepted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Offer and Product Description
The artworks offered in the online shop are unique pieces and are either sold directly or produced upon individual request.
Please note: Color representations on screens may slightly differ from the original.
Order Process and Conclusion of Contract
Orders are placed via the online shopping cart system. By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation from us by email.
For custom-made commissions, the contract is concluded after confirmation of a written offer (via email or contact form).
Prices and Payment Terms:
All prices are stated in euros (€) and are final prices. In accordance with the small business regulation (§6 para. 1 Z 27 UStG), no VAT is charged.

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is from Salzburg, Austria, within the EU.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.
The delivery time is generally:
For in-stock artworks: 5–10 business days after receipt of payment
For custom-made commissions: As individually agreed (usually 3–6 weeks)
studio cossie | Sarolta Csoka is not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties (e.g., parcel services).
Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of studio cossie | Sarolta Csoka until full payment has been received.
Right of Withdrawal
For in-stock products (non-custom works):
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for custom commissions:
In accordance with §18 para. 1 Z 3 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for custom-made products, as these are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
Please note: Variations in texture, color, or textile quality do not constitute defects but are part of the uniqueness of a handcrafted artwork.

All works by studio cossie | Sarolta Csoka are protected by copyright.
By purchasing an artwork, you acquire the physical object only, not the rights of use or reproduction.
The use of images and content from this website is only permitted with the express permission of studio cossie | Sarolta Csoka.

Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is Salzburg.
