Shipping & Returns

All artworks are packaged with great care and shipped from Schleedorf, Austria, via insured shipping.

 

Delivery time after receipt of order:
– Austria: approx. 3–5 working days
– EU: approx. 5–10 working days

– Outside the EU: approx. 10-15 working days

Shipping within the EU is carried out by Austrian Post or DPD, depending on size and destination.

The shipping service provider for shipments to delivery addresses outside the EU (e.g. Austrian Post, DPD, DHL, etc.) is selected individually depending on the destination country, size and weight of the shipment.

Custom-made items have different delivery times – these will be communicated individually.

 

Delivery delays:
If unexpected delays occur, you will be notified by email.

 

Shipping costs EU:
Shipping is included in the price – there are no additional shipping costs.

Any customs duties, import taxes or charges in the destination country are not included in the price and must be borne by the buyer.

International Shipping:

International shipping (delivery to addresses outside the EU) is charged at a flat rate of €49.

Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or other charges may apply, which must be borne by the recipient.

Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. In the event of any delivery delays, you will be notified immediately by email.

 

Revocation:
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

The return is at your own expense and responsibility.

 

Excluded from the revocation are individually manufactured works (custom-made items) in accordance with Section 18 FAGG.

 

Refund:
After receipt and inspection of the undamaged return, the full purchase amount will be refunded.
